So much has happed this year while he was deployed. I have moved 4 times I would NEVER recommend it , traveled cross country with my sister to surprise our family in Louisiana with a visit. Without a map I might add lol. My grandmother came to visit. Jr had his 2nd birthday; I turned 19.... Thinking about it all right now is kind of overwhelming- we have been super busy!! But, most special of all, our daughter Jennifer was born!! Though Jesse wasn't able to be here in person he was there via Skype. love modern technology.
Jesse and I would both tell you that we are completely different as this deployment is coming to an end. We are stronger, more loving and definitely more appreciative of each other! If you want to make your marriage stronger- go through a deployment!!
Though Jesse being gone is very hard I have made some AMAZING Friends that have helped me get through it!! I would not have made this far with out them ( and still have my sanity anyway). They are true blessings from God that have made such an impact on my life!! I am going to miss them so much as they leave, and when I leave. such is the life of an army wife.... but we treasure the times we have and we share a love that can span any amount of miles.
Me, Sarah and Aubrey
totally stole this from Aubrey! xo
The army girls on our first night out. It was a blast!
Wahoo! Although your post made me tear up! :( I can't wait for Jesse to be home! I can't imagine what you are feeling as the day gets closer and closer!
